The food at this restaurant is great, but the service is absolutely horrible. And normally at a restaurant its usually only one visit where you have horrible service. Not at this one though. Everytime I have gone I was disturbed by the hostess and the wait staff. Where are the adults that are supposed to be supervising these children? I can safely say I will never go back until there is some things changed.

The food is great but the immaturity of the staff is frustrating. I am in a wheelchair and my husband and I were last seated at the fold out end of a table for eight. We asked to be moved to an open table that was out of the way, but were told that table wasn't 'open'. I was in the way, at one point near tears because every time someone walked by, (staff and other guests) they kicked the back wheels of my chair. As we were nearing the end of our meal, a very large man was being seated and could not physically fit into the booth they offered. The hostess allowed him to sit at the table that wasn't 'open'. Needless to say, I was frustrated when I left after being kicked, hit in the head with a waitress tray, and humiliated. I will go back because I like the food, but hope for a more considerate experience.

june11,2008 till today june 14,2008 was the worst week to eat out.
i just came from getting and order from roadhouse(-one of my favorite places to eat) and what i got went in the garbage.the only thing i kept was the baked sweet potatoe.i order a prime rib medium and got an end cut of grissle fat and nastyness.i ordered cheese cake PLAIN NO STRAWBERRY and yes i had starwberry on the cheese cake on my prime rib,etc.good thing i could take the peelings off the potatoe.the thing that really ate my butt was i asked my car server if she checked my order and when she said YES i thanked her by giving her a 6.00 tip!stupid huh? gona call the mgr.tomorrow like thats gona help ha

EAT AT THE BAR!!! The service is better and the food gets to you hot...BONUS...you don't have to wait for a table...

We usually eat at the bar (or in the bar area) even though we don't drink and the service is excellent.

Personally, I hate the peanuts on the floor and the loud music but the steaks are usually really good (I order the small sirloin medium rare). My husband swears by the Chicken Fried Steak.

Loud venure and lousy service highlight are the features of this eating establishment. Are there any adults supervizing the wait staff?

The food is ok, but pricier than the quality mandates.

My family has tried this restaurant several times and each time have left feeling let down. I have to agree with one of the other posters that the noise level is too high for conversation. The wait staff consists almost entirely of kids who really don't seem to care what kind of service they provide. The food has been pretty good although a little pricey.

Excellent steaks. Great bar, and lots of fun. The old Jukebox is really cool! The bread is outstanding and the peanuts are a good addittion just befor th meal. The cold beer, the medium well sirloin and the veggies are great!

The wait staff is top notch!

I have had two of my worst dining out experiences ever, at this restaurant. To be fair, I have had a couple of decent meals as well. They just don't seem to grasp the concept of serving food warm to hot. They also don't care if you complain about it either. For my tastes, the noise level is a little too high most of the time making conversation difficult. As a result, we don't eat here very often.

The dinner started out pretty good, but went down hill from there. I ordered a steak medium, but it showed up well done without a hint f pink in it. Also, the wife had a loaded baked potato and it showed up without any sour cream.

My wife decided to complain to the waitress, but all she got for here trouble was "I can bring you some sour cream."
